  • Sogood-Candy is a business in the retail industry that markets fashion accessories.
  • Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 days and delivery confirmed by way of couriers way bill no.
  • Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.
  • The provision of goods and services by SoGood-Candy is subject to availability, SoGood-Candy will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 12% administration fee. Please see our returns policy.
  • SoGood-Candy shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, ‘’personal information’’ shall be defined as detailed in the promotion of Access to information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) may be downloaded from: http://www.policy.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569
  • Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard credit cards or by bank transfer into the SoGood-Candy bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
  • Credit card transactions will be acquired for SoGood-Candy via PayGate (pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website, Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
  • Customer details will be stored by SoGood-Candy separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
  • This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and SoGood-Candy chooses as its domicilium  citandi  et executandi  for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process notice, or other documents or communications of whatsoever nature
  • This website is run by close corporation based in South Africa trading as Silver Rhythm and registration number CK9854433/23 and Kerry Rudd the owner.
  • Final invoice amount to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once full amount reflects in sender's account.
  • Sogood-Candy Online Store offers worldwide shipping. Orders received from outside the borders of South Africa will be billed accordingly and shipping charges can be seen on checkout.
  • In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur resulting in refunds.
  • Handling time may vary from 4-6 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.
  • A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
  • International delivery can take anywhere from 15-30 days to arrive, depending on customs. However, the average is 15 days.
  • We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 60 days. At this stage we will issue a full refund and make arrangements with the customer.
  • Sogood-Candy takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return - customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment. Additional fees may apply for items with special or oversized packaging.
  • All sales are final. No refunds. This is most applicable if  incorrect print, or choice by the customer. 
  • Returns are accepted in very specific instances, and are subject to agreement to the RETURNS POLICY and completion and acceptance of the RETURNS FORM.
  • Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.
  • Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.
  • Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
  • In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred.
  • All orders are shipped  boxed with relevant labels.
  • International buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • All bags and accessories are 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all bags and accessories offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.
  • This site serves as a full online bags and accessories store and nothing else; no other items will be billed or shipped from this site.

  • Credit card transactions will be acquired for Sogood-Candy via Master Card and Visa Card or by bank transfer.
  • Sogood-Candy has no access to card details entered by the client.
  • The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.  Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Sogood-Candy takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website; customer service and support; dispute resolution; and delivery of goods.
